Our founder

Richard has developed an extensive business background working for the likes of CBRE & BNP Paribas. Having always been an out-of-the-box thinker, consulting naturally occurred from the outset of his career. Built on a genuine desire to help and understand people, he's built an impressive network across a multitude of disciplines. This variety has afforded him incredible access and opportunity. Having worked on projects in the hospitality, real estate, expedition and spirits markets to name a few.

Seeing ideas come to life and taking the necessary steps to do that is what drives him. With collaboration, transparency, and privacy at the heart of all of our dealings. Outside of work, Richard is keen on any type of adventure. Ranging from racing, hiking to skydiving just to name a few and avid supporter of men's mental health. Find out more here

Our story

Having never been one to be tied down to a desk and always being an outside-of-the-box thinker, I often found myself being the one people call to help solve problems or discuss ideas, I just tried to help and provide solutions or suitable people if I could.

Quickly, it became apparent that my desire to help, my background, and my ability to forge and create new relationships meant I was able to provide significant services to clients. At first, our main focus was in real estate but it quickly became apparent that there were many other opportunities and fields in which our transferable skills could provide value.

Now, we get to work with some incredible people on amazing projects. We carefully choose our clients and projects to add the most value we can. No problem is too big and no opportunity is too small. We usually can find a way to get things done!
